Strange there’s nothing about military spending on that graph. Perhaps that’s because Ryan allows it to continue growing like an untreated cancer.

Ryan’s Ayn Rand loving ass should be thrown out of congress, ya listening Wis voters.

He does not wish to piss off his masters. I think they have explosive gerbils up his ass, sealed in chargers, and with a cell phone as a detonator. Paul is only following the directions from a very high up influential fabulously rich trust fund sycophant and his brother to save his beloved Gerbils, Ben and Ron. What can he say? The world would laugh at him. But Paul loves those critters and would do anything to save them. Anything. So the world must deal with Ayn, Pauls evil twin, as Paul sweats bullets and the gerbils pine for Paul. Oh the humanity….Where is Walker, Airhead Ranger? Can anyone contact Ted Nugent? He may be able to machine gun them out.

At this point - what the fuck is wrong with Democrats and Obama that they don’t go for the kill to a Republican party that wants to end SS as we know it for those 55 years or under.

And at this point, what the fuck is wrong with Americans under 55 who still vote Republican? What the fuck is your major malfunction? Is trying to keep minorities, women and whatever else group you hate down more important than supporting a GOP that is using you to lower taxes for a few rich people by ending programs that will affect your lives? You really think the rich will reward you with trickle down well paying jobs by lowering their tax burden? What capitalist insurance program will insure an elderly person with pre-existing conditions under a voucher program? For what? A promise to prevent gays from being in the military or some such?

Fuck you all, Republicans for wasting our time and fuck you Democrats for not putting the boot to the Republican necks. How about replacing Pelosi with a killer?

re: #4 Destro

Maybe you should get some downers before the republicans destroy Obamacare. They still have a majority in the house of representatives, which means the nation’s purse is in their hands. “But thats only because of gerrymandering.” Exactly! They don’t have to care what voters think. This makes it hard to “go for the kill” or however you want to phrase it. Obama and the Dems have to work with these a-holes who don’t want to work. They don’t have a choice.

Getting back on topic: Has anyone in congress acknowledged Steven Brill’s Time cover story “Bitter Pill”? Or at least the topics within the article, such as the chargemaster? Or are they still deliberately ignoring the source of our problem with medical costs?

This is how I phrased it: And at this point, what the fuck is wrong with Americans under 55 who still vote Republican? What the fuck is your major malfunction? It is the “what is wrong with Kansas” thesis about voting against your self interest by being tricked over social issue. Also, the GOP is composed of delusional people who have to lie to themselves to justify voting as they do like Joe the Plumber who thought he would one day own his boss’ business when he himself was not even a licensed plumber and deep in debt but he had dreams he was just one step or two away from the 1%. When do those people wake up? When they turn 55? and they are given a voucher for insurance and can’t find one because being a plumber’s day laborer means you spent 30 years of your life on your hands and knees and you are chuck full of pre-existing health problem that no for profit insurance company will now cover for the amount the voucher is? Then will they wake up?

But by god we sure shafted those gays/hispanics/affirmative action seeking blacks, didn’t we? That is the GOP in a nutshell and their crazy talk is dragging the country down and placing roadblocks. Obama needs to do ‘fireside chats’ to get the message out about the GOP crazy talk and wake to people the fuck up already.
